Organize Your Own Rally

End Jew Hatred is a global network of grassroots activists and supporters. From many walks of life, we are united by our vision of a world without Jew-hatred.

Anyone who shares this vision is an End Jew Hatred supporter. We encourage supporters to host their own End Jew Hatred rallies and protests wherever they are in the world. The protests can be focused on a specific instance of Jew-hatred in your area, or against Jew-hatred in general.

To host an End Jew Hatred event use the below checklist.

Remember to use #EndJewHatred on all your socials when promoting your event:

Logistics

  • Create a Facebook event page and invite friends and local activists in your area. Share information about the event on all your social media platforms with #EndJewHatred. NOT JUST JEWISH

  • Print and distribute flyers (download sample designs from our website LINK).

  • Write a short introduction for your event. Feel free to take any copy from this website either whole or as inspiration. Post it on social media.

  • Send a press release to local media outlets the day before your event. Include the reason for your protest and the key details, where, when etc. Call the media outlets to follow up and invite the press to attend.

  • Call and text everyone you think will be interested, letting them know what’s going on. Follow up with them the morning of the event to make sure they are coming.

  • Let us know how we can help you!

Who to Invite

  • If you are on or near college campuses, contact student organizations and ask for their help in promoting your event.

  • Contact your friends and any pro-Jewish people you know. Use pro-Jewish Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels and the like to spread the word.

  • If you live in a Jewish area, talk to people! Tell them how important it is for the Jewish community to mobilize against Jew-hatred, and give flyers to local synagogues and Jewish stores.

  • Seek out allies! Many different groups are strong supporters of the Jewish community and of Israel, so reach out to them. Look to Christian organizations, Church groups, and other minority groups -- such as the Hindu, Cuban, and Armenian communities.

Jobs To Do

  • Most activism work is done by motivated volunteers. You will need people to pitch in and do the following things:

  • Manage outreach and keep track of who is coming to the protest.

  • Livestream the video of your protest.

  • Hand out flyers to passers-by.

  • Deliver impassioned, eloquent speeches calling for an end to Jew-hatred.

  • An MC to coordinate and run the event.

  • A safety and security coordinator to make sure everyone stays safe.

  • A designated media contact to speak to the press.

You Should Bring

  • End Jew Hatred signs

  • A bullhorn (and maybe a backup bullhorn).

  • Flyers. You can download and print out flyers here. If you are hosting a specific event and want to make your own, make sure to include the key points: what you are protesting, why, who is responsible and what you want them to do about it.

  • A clipboard and pens to collect email addresses for future events.

  • Your phone to take photos and videos! Upload them to social media and use the hashtag #EndJewHatred.

We are here to help

Each event is different and does not worry if you can’t bring together absolutely everything on the list. The fight to eliminate Jew-hatred in our lifetime is a marathon, not a sprint, and every event helps to achieve the goal.

Together we will End Jew Hatred in this generation.

Organize a rally!
